Yard Maintenance:
Lawn Mowing – Weekly, professional mowing of your lawn. Includes weedwacking, disposal of trash, sidewalk edging and the bagging of clippings (if requested). Driveway, curb, patio, porch and sidewalks will be left clean.
Spring Cleanup – Includes the removal and disposal of all leaves, twigs , and branches that have fallen as the seasons changes from both the lawn and landscaping beds. Also includes weeding and edging beds along with Mulch or stone replenishment as needed/requested.
Fall Cleanup – Includes the removal and disposal of all leaves, twigs, and branches that have fallen as the seasons changes from both the lawn and landscaping beds. Also includes weeding and edging beds along with Mulch or stone replenishment as needed/requested.
Healthy Lawn Program (Basic 6 Applications):
The timing of applications is based on climatic conditions such as rain, wind, and temperatures.
Early Spring – This application consists of a blend of nutrient rich fertilizer to bring the roots out of winter dormancy and provide green up as well as pre-emergent crabgrass control.
Late Spring – A balanced blend of nutrient rich fertilizer with added iron to promote root growth promote deep green color, broadleaf weed control, and pre-emergent crabgrass control will be applied.
Summer – This application consists of a blend of nutrient rich fertilizer to give roots a deep feeding to withstand drought, heat stresses and insect pressures during the hot and dry summer, as well as post-emergent crabgrass control, nutsedge control and broadleaf weed control.
Early Fall – A blend of nutrient rich fertilizer with added phosphorus to accelerate new germination from fall seeding and stimulate cell development within existing turf and broadleaf weed control will be applied.
Late Fall – To provide roots with food during winter dormancy and prepare for a quicker spring green up, a blend of nutrient rich fertilizer with added potassium will be applied.
Lime – Lime will help neutralize the acidity of the soil to allow better catatonic exchange between roots and nutrients in soil.

Weed Control – Post-emergent herbicide control sprayed onto actively growing weeds in landscape beds.
Injection Seeding – Seed is sliced into the soil and placed at the proper depth for maximum germination.
Fungus Control – This product is applied to reduce the harmful effects from Fungi in the soil.
Total Lawn Renovation – Round Up is applied to nullify the existing vegetation in the lawn. Several days later, quality seed is sliced into the soil and placed at the proper depth for maximum germination.
